Right from my earliest days in the Arabic Peninsula, destiny has connected me to a remote city on the Indian Ocean called Salalah. The stallholders are happy to cut the local tropical fruits and let you try these fresh: bananas, coconuts, papayas, mangos, and guavas. The aromas of these fresh tropical fruits inspired my very special creation Exotic Cocktail.
